With OneBlink we were able to streamline multiple form streams into a single, simple to use platform.

The inbuilt integration functionality allowed us to change the way we capture data and automate end user processes which has eliminated many manual tasks, saving time and effort..

  • Logan City Council

"Not only have we identified the ability to increase the number of inspections Council Officers can undertake, there are also increased customer service and communication benefits. While out in the field attending to customer requests, having this technology allows officers to inform residents in real time. Over time we will look to utilise the technology for other branches such as Development Assessment, Animal and Pest Services, Road Infrastructure Management and Parks just to name a few.”

Does OneBlink have a presence in Canada?

OneBlink has a presence in North America with our base located in Kansas City for the region. Outside of this all of our development work is carried out at out Australian head office.

What is OneBlink’s data sovereignty policy?

OneBlink has been working with State Government agencies and Local Government authorities for 15 years and we understand the importance of data sovereignty, including Canada. This is why we have multiple instances of our platform hosted all over the world on AWS' infrastructure to ensure your data is hosted locally.

What are OneBlink’s origins?

OneBlink is a 100% Australian-owned company with a near 20-year history in innovative mobile solutions connecting with corporate systems.

Starting off as an organisation focussed on SMS, with the introduction of Android OS and the iPhone we shifted focus towards the tools needed to create mobile web apps for Local Government before fully focussing on the regulatory side of Local Government tasks that needed transformation.

What is No-code and low-code?

Low-code/no-code development platforms are types of visual software development environments that allow enterprise developers and citizen developers to drag and drop application components, connect them together and create mobile or web apps.

In OneBlink's case, our No-code and Low-code platform is focussed towards regulatory compliance checks, inspections, audits and risk reporting for the public sector.

Can developers use OneBlink’s LcS too?

Short answer, yes. While non-technical users can develop using our No-code tools, that early no-code work can be transformed into code and worked on by developers.

Additionally, OneBlink provides all of our Low-code tools as services, all accessed via our SDK allowing developers to work the way they want, with the frameworks and libraries they like.

I want to pilot a solution longer than the trial period, how can I do that?

OneBlink's typical trial length lasts 30 days allowing users to not only test the functionality of the platform but field test the solutions they build in the platform. At the end of the trial period users can engage our team to extend the trial an extra 30 days which we'll evaluate on a case by case basis.

Where can I purchase OneBlink?

Organisations wanting to subscribe to OneBlink can currently do so directly from OneBlink or, via the AWS Marketplace.
